About Me:

I am now semi-retired and only work part time hours.

Received a certificate in Massage from Grant MacEwan community college in 1998, and upgrading to a 2,200 hour diploma in summer of 2012. I'm fully  licensed and insured with over 25 years experience as a professional massage therapist. For over 27 years I have been a member in good standing with the "NHPC" the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.

My career started in an office located in the Parkallen community of Edmonton in 1998, "Parkallen Massage & Wholistic Health".  In the fall of 1999 I relocated to one of the business offices of the Millbourne Market Mall where my business was until September of 2010.

My training includes being a Reiki Master, Aromatherapy, Touch for health, brain gym, and table Thai massage, plus lots and lots more.  Every year I take continuing education courses.  My none massage activities include volunteering with the city of Edmonton as a master composter recycler.  Composting and gardening  at home are very important to me.

My practice is family focused, all are welcomed to book with me.  I'm semi-retired which allows me to have time for gardening, composting, educating my fellow Edmontonions on waste management, Straw bale gardening, dehydrating food, and food storage.  My personal philosophy is based on two truths, "It is better to be kind that to be right" and "Those who don't move soon find that they can't move". So get off your butt get out in the world and move, but be nice about it :)
